The Ventnor Fringe is a cultural festival encompassing theatre, spoken word, debate, film, music, comedy and cabaret set in the beautiful seaside town of Ventnor, Isle of Wight. Highlights include the second year of the Isle of Wight Film Festival, performances by MOBO nominee Ayanna Witter-Johnson and a selection of family friendly events ranging from the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party to a reading of Beowulf by Eltjo de Vries.
Food and drink hasn’t been forgotten either with the return of ‘The Observatory’, a 360 degree seafront cocktail bar which will feature live music and DJ performances throughout the day, The Plaza Market on the Esplanade, the Woodland Bar with real ale and a hog roast and the Secret Bar returning to a new mystery location.
